About the role
- Tax Analyst for Vibra performing execution and assessment of state and municipal taxes. Collaborating on system development and compliance with audits.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of ICMS, ICMS-ST, Poverty Fund, IPI, tax incentives and other tax-related matters, including ISSQN and federal withholding taxes;
- Manual issuance of fiscal documents in SAP;
- Monitoring recipient manifestations/acknowledgements and the company's inbound and outbound transactions;
- Validation of service invoices and non-fiscal documents;
- Knowledge of goods admission processes in the Manaus Free Trade Zone (PIN, SUFRAMA, customs clearances);
- Support in the development of systems for inbound and outbound processes;
- Contribute to responses for inspections and audits;
- Preferred: Knowledge of the SCANC ancillary obligation (Fuel Annex Collection and Audit System).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
- Ability to interpret regulations and apply them to operational scenarios;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and familiarity with new technologies;
- Self-motivation, results orientation, proactivity, organization/discipline, team spirit, effective communication, adaptability, ability to work under pressure, eagerness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of SAP;
- Desirable: knowledge of Power BI and VBA.
