Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a technology-related field, or relevant experience to the job requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering or corporate strategy/analytics roles, financial services/banking experience preferred but not required
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation and RPA tools
- Proficiency in one or more scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience with systems like CRMs, ERPs, and project management platforms is preferred
- Experience in SQL administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with different teams
- Ability to synthesize complex ideas and communicate them in ways others can easily understand; clearly and concisely present issues, ideas and recommendations in verbal, written and presentation formats to senior executives
- Strong quantitative background, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
