Responsibilities
Independent responsibility for projects, including planning and organization
Analysis of customer requirements and coordination with product management to further develop our software
Leading workshops and training sessions for our customers
Setting up CarLiner environments for new customers
Customer support for new and existing users
Product presentations to customers and prospects (presales consulting)
Introduction and sales of new CarLiner modules (upselling)
Requirements
Experience in project management, ideally within the automotive industry
Commercial vocational training, degree in business/economics, or comparable qualification through professional experience
Highly motivated, team-oriented, with a hands-on mentality
Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
Good understanding of technical systems and processes
Excellent communication skills and a confident presence with customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
German: business fluent (minimum C1)
