Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and selection processes, from posting vacancies to monitoring the onboarding journey of new employees.
Support organizational culture initiatives, helping to strengthen employee engagement and a sense of belonging.
Participate in employee climate initiatives in partnership with the Internal Communications team, assisting in planning and executing campaigns, events and surveys.
Support activities within the performance cycle, ensuring deadlines, quality and clear communication with managers and employees.
Contribute to Learning & Development efforts by assisting with needs analysis, organizing content and tracking related metrics.
Support emotional health, quality of life and well-being initiatives, building partnerships with other company areas.
Collaborate on HR data and metrics analysis, supporting reports, controls and presentations of results.
Maintain close relationships with business teams to understand their needs and support the execution of People & Management actions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field;
Prior experience in recruitment and selection, preferably hiring IT professionals;
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect and build relationships with different profiles;
Proactive and autonomous — someone who anticipates needs, brings ideas and enjoys solving problems;
Collaborative team player who contributes to a positive, open environment and ongoing exchanges;
Curious and eager to learn, continuously seeking development;
Adaptability and agility to navigate different contexts and stakeholders;
Experience or exposure to other HR areas (Culture, Employee Engagement/Climate, Development or Internal Communications) is a plus.
