About the role
- IT Netzwerk System Engineer responsible for managing LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Firewall systems for DATAGROUP. Planning and implementing network architecture projects with a strong focus on operational reliability.
Responsibilities
- Betreuung und Konfiguration von LAN-, WAN-, WLAN- sowie Firewall-Systemen.
- Planung und Umsetzung von Netzwerkarchitektur-Projekten.
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und hochverfügbaren Betriebs der Netzwerkinfrastruktur.
- Analyse und Behebung von Netzwerkstörungen.
- 2nd Level Support für komplexe Netzwerkthemen.
- Erstellung transparenter Berichte und Dokumentation der Netzwerkumgebungen.
Requirements
- Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder Informatikstudium (Bachelor).
- Erste Erfahrung in der Netzwerkbetreuung – TCP/IP, VPN & Co.
- Cisco Kenntnisse in LAN-, WLAN- und WAN-Umgebungen.
- Erfahrung mit Router, Switches oder VPN-Gateways von Cisco oder HP.
- Automatisierung mit Ansible, Python-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit APIs.
- Kenntnisse in Tools wie Nagios, Zabbix oder HP IMC sind von Vorteil.
- Zertifikate wie CCNA, CCNP oder Fortinet FCP sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Fließendes Deutsch (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse im IT-Bereich.
