About the role

- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
- Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Collaborate with procurement and business units to ensure smooth Accounts Payable operations.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of finance, ideally as an International Accountant
- University or technical college degree in business administration with a focus on accounting
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office tools, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and conceptual skills
- Excellent accounting skills and hands-on booking experience
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
