Responsibilities
Responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales and Design Professional for further development and closure
Working with customers to ensure a smooth sales process
Handling most material only sales and supporting designated SDP to assist with Preferred Partner accounts
Providing backup to the Sales Coordinator and SDPs in their absence
Demonstrating excellent customer services and professionalism
Developing leads and seeking opportunities to present additional products to current customers
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Typing: Net Speed of 35 words per minute
Experience in creating estimates, proposals, and designs
Experience in the security industry preferred
Strong client facing experience
Fluency with Microsoft Office 365 software tools
Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
