Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of 4–6 client programs, serving as the main point of contact for reporting, updates, and client communications.
Lead weekly or bi-weekly calls with clients to review program performance, financials, and new opportunities.
Oversee a small internal support team (2–3 direct/indirect reports) who handle day-to-day program execution.
Manage change orders, upsells, and add-ons in partnership with sales (no new business development required).
Build and maintain client-facing and internal reports using Excel and Power BI.
Track and reconcile financials for assigned accounts to ensure accuracy and profitability.
Translate client requirements into actionable direction for internal web development and design teams.
Partner cross-functionally with sales, IT, and operations to deliver seamless, high-quality incentive programs.
Requirements
3–10+ years of experience in program management, project management, channel marketing, or incentive travel/rewards.
Strong client relationship management skills, ideally with exposure to Fortune 500 accounts.
Experience working with technical or development teams (you don’t need to code but should understand how to communicate requirements).
Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and comfort working with reporting tools like Power BI.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Background in agency environments, marketing tech, or incentives/rewards strongly preferred.
Confident communicator who can manage multiple programs and client expectations with ease.
