About the role
- IAM Engineer responsible for ADFS to Okta migration. Requires 5 years IT experience and strong identity management skills in a hybrid arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the current ADFS environment and support migration to Okta
- Sequence and migrate Microsoft 365 and dependent applications from ADFS/Entra to Okta
- Document and guide operations teams in decommissioning ADFS
- Evaluate service/product capabilities and design solutions
- Produce engineered designs with comprehensive documentation
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to troubleshoot migration issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of related IT experience
- Strong background in enterprise-level identity management and LDAP solutions
- Hands-on expertise with Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (AAD), Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) / AADC
- Engineering and design experience across infrastructure and logical aspects
- Experience leading or contributing to large IT projects
- Okta experience (highly preferred)
