Responsibilities
Lead the APJ Solutions and Product Specialist team
Orchestrate technical resources across the region
Work with sales leadership to create long-term growth plans
Engage with pre-sales and sales teams to strategize
Develop, improve, and maintain team resources
Mentor team members and conduct performance evaluations
Ensure alignment of technical messaging across functions
Build and maintain networks within the organization and with partners
Requirements
Substantial experience in a leadership role within large IT projects or similar
Proven ability to sell into large organizations
Deep understanding of IT consulting, pre and post-sales transformational IT services, consulting, or IT design/build projects
Strong communication skills
Ability to quickly establish trusted advisor status with senior stakeholders
Experience in hiring and leading technical teams
