Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Managers and interns — focusing on growth, motivation, and confidence as much as on results.
Coach and empower your team to reach acquisition and revenue goals through structure, clarity, and collaboration.
Own and refine the full sales process from lead generation to activation, ensuring focus and pipeline discipline.
Build and evolve playbooks and workflows that enable your team to succeed across different markets.
Translate data into action: analyze performance, identify trends, and set meaningful, measurable goals.
Foster a learning culture where feedback, curiosity, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.
Partner cross-functionally with BizOps, Product, and Marketing to improve lead quality, conversion, and go-to-market impact.
Bring energy, empathy, and structure to the team — celebrate wins, create engagement, and encourage accountability.
Represent the Sales team in leadership discussions, sharing valuable insights from the market and your people.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English at C1 level.
At least three years of experience leading Sales Managers, SDRs, or other acquisition-focused teams.
Proven experience in high-volume, phone-based sales or SMB acquisition, ideally in a marketplace or startup environment.
A strong coaching mindset with the ability to develop and inspire people, especially early in their careers.
Data-driven thinking: you understand KPIs, interpret dashboards, and turn insights into action.
A hands-on leadership style that combines structure, empathy, and genuine curiosity.
