Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product roadmap for Supply Wisdom’s TPRM and risk intelligence solutions
Engage with clients, analysts, and internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and translate market needs into impactful product initiatives
Define and track key product KPIs such as automation efficiency, data accuracy, and time-to-insight to drive adoption and continuous improvement
Research and champion new product opportunities and strategic enhancements to strengthen market leadership
Build and present visionary concepts, business cases, and recommendations to guide executive decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, operations, marketing, and sales to shape requirements, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
Lead strategic partnerships and vendor relationships to expand product capabilities and value
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, risk management, or related field; MBA preferred
5–9 years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS products, with strong hands-on exposure to data-driven or AI/ML-based solutions (e.g., LLMs, NLP, automation, and analytics platforms)
5+ years’ experience in service product management (data & analytics, supply chain, third-party risk, vendor governance, research, consulting, or outsourcing) preferred
Advanced project management skills
Experience collaborating with global market/industry analyst firms on product roadmaps and launches
Proven ability to define and launch innovative B2B SaaS products
Strong expertise in costing, pricing models, and price management
Understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and integrations across multi-system architectures (ETL, Redshift, Looker, or equivalent)
Experience working with global teams and diverse cultures preferred
Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders
