Responsibilities
Design static creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
Update and design Shopify landing pages to maintain a premium user experience
Design assets for Klaviyo email marketing campaigns and automated flows
Ensure all designs follow existing brand guidelines and are consistent across platforms
Interpret and execute design briefs efficiently with a focus on performance and detail
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative alignment across channels
Produce high-quality visual assets in Figma with pixel-perfect precision
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital graphic design, preferably for eCommerce, health, wellness, or beauty brands
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with a strong command of design systems, layout, and prototyping
Proven ability to design high-performing static creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, including an understanding of what drives engagement and conversions
Strong experience in designing eCommerce landing pages (Shopify preferred), with a focus on UX, mobile responsiveness, and brand consistency
Solid background in email design (Klaviyo experience preferred), including both campaign and flow-based marketing
Ability to understand performance briefs and translate business goals into visually compelling designs
Exceptional attention to detail – pixel-perfect execution is non-negotiable
Ability to interpret and follow creative direction with minimal supervision
Strong communication and English comprehension skills for clear collaboration with remote teams
Demonstrated ability to work at speed without compromising quality, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
Familiarity with basic marketing metrics and creative testing (A/B testing, CTR, etc.) is a strong advantage
Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but Figma is essential
