Responsibilities
Create high-quality design deliverables for proposals and presentations under strict deadlines
Lead creative direction for pursuits, including idea boards and sample slides
Collaborate with proposal managers, sales leads, and SMEs to understand project goals
Translate complex ideas into simple, effective visual solutions
Ensure brand consistency across all materials
Prepare files for print and production
Stay current with design trends and propose innovative visual concepts
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to manage expectations and timelines
Build relationships with international design teams and share best practices
Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the design team
Develop a basic understanding of the GOS business and its service lines
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years of experience in a corporate design environment, ideally in sales, proposals, or marketing
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
Expert-level PowerPoint skills
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Familiarity with video editing, UI design, or interactive platforms like Ceros is a plus
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
