Responsibilities
Design and produce visual assets for paid campaigns (social ads, display, YouTube), organic social media, and CRM (emails, push notifications)
Contribute to brand campaigns and tentpole moments (season launches, transfer windows, major sports events)
Maintain and evolve the Sorare visual identity across all marketing touchpoints
Create templates and scalable systems in Figma to enable faster production across the team
Collaborate with the studio and product marketers to bring campaigns to life
Ensure consistency and quality across every format and channel
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a fast-paced tech, gaming, sports, or entertainment environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating both brand sensitivity and performance-oriented design (ads, social, email)
Mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign minimum)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines
Fluency in English (our working language)
