About the role

  • Graphic Designer developing marketing materials for properties at Cushman & Wakefield. Creating graphics and overseeing production of property marketing collateral for the Capital Markets team.

Responsibilities

  • Executes the strategic vision of property marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners, marketing partners, and team leadership
  • Designs visually stunning property marketing materials, including property brochures, offering memorandums, email blasts, presentations, and other graphics
  • Creates impactful logos and brand styles that effectively represent the essence of the property
  • Provides timely, consistent, and high-quality design work under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrates a strategic mindset in developing designs that align with marketing objectives
  • Oversees all creative aspects of production and quality control
  • Presents design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-4 years of experience in professional services graphic design; real estate, architecture or commercial construction marketing experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong capability to work efficiently and independently in a high-volume department
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated approach
  • A creative, organized, and highly motivated individual with a strong design aesthetic
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work
