Coach and develop a high-performing global team of learning experience professionals
Establish robust metrics and analytical frameworks to measure the impact and effectiveness of global learning initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of experience within the BPO industry
Strong proficiency in learning design and delivery methodologies
Proficiency in MS Office/GSuite and Learning Management Systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (not a strict requirement)
Learning design and delivery certifications, coaching/learning/psychometric certifications will be a significant advantage
