Responsibilities
Own and execute global enablement programs — including onboarding, certifications, solution refreshers, and the ongoing training calendar.
Administer ABBYY’s enablement tech stack — managing Seismic (content governance, updates, analytics) and Mindtickle (learning paths, certifications, reporting) to ensure field readiness at scale.
Deliver field communications — manage the Global Enablement Newsletter and other enablement updates to ensure consistent alignment across regions.
Translate strategy into execution — work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to turn GTM priorities into structured, actionable enablement deliverables.
Measure and improve — track adoption, completion, and platform usage, surfacing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted partner to the field — capture feedback, resolve enablement requests, and ensure reps have the right “know, say, show, do” resources at their fingertips.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or Program/Project Management
Hands-on experience with Seismic and Mindtickle strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage programs and platforms independently — taking direction and running with execution
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple initiatives across global teams with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including newsletter and training content creation
A proactive, self-motivated approach — thrives on ownership, deadlines, and delivering measurable outcomes
