GL Accountant responsible for various General Accounting tasks for Contentsquare entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day general ledger operations, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities in accordance with local GAAP / IFRS
Maintain accurate records of prepaid expenses, accruals, and fixed assets
Participate in the preparation of internal and external financial reports
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as FP&A, Legal, HR, and Procurement
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ERP system enhancements
Support the implementation and documentation of accounting policies and internal controls
Requirements
Degree in Accounting
5 years minimum of experience in General Accounting.
You must be able to speak English fluently, as you will evolve in a truly international environment
Highly developed analytical and technical accounting skills
Proactive self-starter who is disciplined, organized, thorough and has the ability to work with autonomy, attention to detail and proactivity in a team environment.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, to perform under pressure and meet non-negotiable deadlines
Experience working in the Tech / SAAS sector is beneficial but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VBA
Experience working on Workday Financials
