• Full Stack Developer specializing in LAMP development for Kapturall, a marketing operations agency. Develop scalable solutions in a hybrid work environment based in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable LAMP stack solutions, ensuring high performance and security.
• Build and manage complex solutions on Azure, leveraging its services and infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress-based platforms, themes, and plugins.
• Collaborate on frontend development using frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Use Git for version control, including branching, merging, and collaborating on a codebase.
• Write clean, maintainable code with an emphasis on performance, security and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop unit tests and participate in testing strategies to ensure software quality.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
• Ability to work effectively within connected and extensible system environments, demonstrating strong API development and integration skills.

Requirements

• +5 years experience with LAMP stack development (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
• Advanced English skills are mandatory (the interviews will be conducted entirely in English).
• Strong PHP development skills, with a focus on building maintainable and secure applications.
• Experience with WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure services and building scalable solutions within the platform.
• Proficiency in frontend development using frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.
• Expertise with Git, including version control workflows and collaboration.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and a commitment to software quality.
• Marketo experience is a significant plus but not required.
• Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
