Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field and 8 years’ experience in product management or related field OR 10 years’ experience in product management or related field.
- 4 years' experience building and leading high performing teams.
- 6 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML strategy, data governance, and digital transformation at scale.
- Experienced leader in compliance, ethics, customer privacy, and governance, preferably in the retail or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successful technology strategy and implementation with measurable and significant business impact.
- Strong experience in building and managing high-performing technology and governance teams.
- Ability to translate complex AI/technology capabilities into governance frameworks, policies, and business outcomes.
- Ability to build compelling business cases and ROIs, and proactively drive business insights and optimizations.
- Experience collaborating with academic institutions and industry leaders.
