SAP S/4HANA Fulfillment IT Specialist improving order-to-cash processes for global manufacturing. Leading configuration, support, and compliance initiatives within a digital transformation environment.
Responsibilities
Configure and enhance SAP S/4HANA Fulfillment processes, including Sales & Distribution (SD), Order-to-Cash, Logistics Execution, Transportation Management, and Global Trade System (GTS)
Align solutions with Belden’s global fulfillment strategy and customer service standards
Lead configuration changes within approved design and governance standards
Partner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to gather business requirements
Translate business needs into scalable, efficient SAP solutions that improve order accuracy, cycle time, and visibility
Deliver Tier 2/3 support for fulfillment and export processes across regions
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within established SLAs (>95% resolution compliance)
Ensure seamless integration between Fulfillment, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing systems
Lead functional testing for new solutions, enhancements, and integrations
Ensure compliance with SOX, trade, and export control regulations
Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and approvals for audit readiness
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience supporting SAP SD, LE, TM, or GTS modules in a global manufacturing environment
Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and deployment
Strong understanding of order-to-cash, logistics execution, and global trade processes
Experience with system integration, data governance, and change management preferred
