About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as a technical consultant for franchisees and partners, understanding their needs and supporting customized retail solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with franchisees through online and occasional in-person meetings, ensuring satisfaction and success of implemented projects.
- Effectively overcome objections, ensuring ongoing franchisee satisfaction by providing proactive support to maximize solution adoption and success.
- Define and implement relationship frameworks to ensure portfolio growth and retention.
- Align objectives with the client to be achieved by the next meeting.
- Recommend improvements to processes, the franchisee success journey, action playbooks, and other departmental procedures.
- Analyze scores and satisfaction metrics for each franchisee via the Yungas platform to evaluate progress along their journey.
- Occasional on-site visits to points of sale.
