About the role

  • Founding Account Executive driving outbound sales for ResQ, an all-in-one facilities management platform. Creating partnerships and executing go-to-market strategies for SMB Commercial Trades.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a predominantly outbound motion — generating leads, qualifying, demoing, onboarding, and closing
  • You’ll take the strategy we’ve outlined and bring it to life
  • Be the face of ResQ by developing trusted partnerships with our customers
  • Share on-the-ground insights to help our product and strategy evolve quickly

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an outbound sales role within a fast-growth or startup environment
  • Experience communicating or selling to commercial trades professionals is a strong asset
  • Ability to distill complex or early-stage product features into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Data driven mindset: you live in your CRM and track every metric that drives performance
