- You are the founder's right-hand person and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
- You build processes and structures across Operations, Finance and HR
- You take on finance tasks: controlling, payments, investor reporting
- You shape HR topics: contracts, onboarding, initial culture initiatives
- You ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly – from office matters to project management
Requirements
- You are highly organized, analytically strong, pragmatic and hands-on
- You speak fluent German and English
- You learn quickly, enjoy working with numbers and organizing
- Initial experience in a startup environment, finance, HR or office management is a plus
- Excel skills and a passion for analytical work distinguish you
