About the role
- Chief of Staff driving PMI strategy for a leading Microsoft Cloud and hosting solutions company in DACH. Directly supporting the CEO and coordinating strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- You lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects with a focus on Post-Merger Integration (PMI).
- You manage integration workstreams, track progress, handle risks, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- You prepare executive briefings, analyses, presentations, and decision papers for internal and external stakeholders.
- You design and develop CEO routines, leadership cadences, as well as reporting and governance structures.
- You serve as the central interface between the CEO, the leadership team, shareholders, partners, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- You have excellent German (C1/C2) and English (C1/C2) skills.
- You have 2–4 years of professional experience in management consulting, ideally in a boutique or mid-sized firm.
- You bring solid PMI experience from multiple integration or transformation projects (e.g., carve-outs, system harmonization, organizational integration, synergy tracking).
- You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills and can structure complex issues clearly and present them concisely.
- You have a strong affinity for technology, digital business models, and dynamic environments.
- You demonstrate a down-to-earth, pragmatic mindset as well as high reliability and integrity.
- You bring a strong ownership mentality, structured working methods, and resilience under pressure.
