About the role
- Tech Lead overseeing engineering teams to deliver AI solutions for enterprises. Collaborating across disciplines and ensuring successful client deployments in various industries.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers across backend, infrastructure, and agent development disciplines on client facing projects
- Own the end-to-end Agent & Tool rollout with clients, including planning, configuration, testing, & end user rollout
- Deliver agentic applications that safely interface with sensitive enterprise data
- Interface with the core platform engineering teams, contributing code & tests back to our core North platform as needed for your client
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, and customer success teams to ensure deployments align with both client needs and product direction
- Troubleshoot & root cause customer issues with their instance of the North platform
Requirements
- Have strong experience leading engineering teams, setting direction, and building technical culture
- Have shipped production-grade Python and are comfortable working across the stack
- Have deep experience deploying enterprise software in private or hybrid cloud environments
- Are familiar working with applications deployed on Kubernetes
- Are customer-obsessed, comfortable engaging directly with enterprise partners to diagnose issues and co-design solutions
- You excel in fast-paced environments and can execute while priorities and objectives are a moving target
