Responsibilities
Performing moderate to complex Value Based Care Provider performance financial analyses
Conducting financial modeling of Revenue and Cost contribution to VBC financial, MLR performance
Preparing all necessary financial analyses and periodic financial statements
Analyzing total cost of care and revenue trends
Monitoring VBC contract financial performance across several programs
Monitoring and performing contracted provider validation
Establishing control analytics on various types of financial contractual arrangements
Leading workgroup forums, creating presentations, and facilitating discussions across various functional leads
Ensuring outcomes and standards are defined and executed as standard operating procedures
Managing line of credit process and procedures and overseeing outstanding provider recoupments
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
4 years experience conducting financial analysis
Ability to create Executive business level presentations related to financial topic
Ability to inform VBC provider contract performance risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to perform corrective action when applicable
Advance expertise PC experience in Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and other business related/associated databases
Knowledge of SQL (or similar languages such as VBA)
