About the role
- Finance Allrounder managing comprehensive accounting and controlling for wibutler, a company integrating smart building solutions. Develop finance processes and collaborate with internal teams for effective operations.
Responsibilities
- Management of the complete financial accounting — from accounts payable and receivable through bank postings to monthly and annual financial statements
- Further development of controlling — including reporting, forecasts and business performance analyses
- Establishment of new finance processes and an organized structure for data, workflows and systems
- Close collaboration with internal departments, tax advisors and management
- Active involvement in system selection and process definition through to operational implementation
Requirements
- Completed training as a tax clerk, financial or certified accounting clerk, a commercial apprenticeship with further accounting qualification, or a degree with a focus on finance/controlling
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting — ideally complemented by controlling know-how
- Confident user of DATEV — ideally with experience in DATEV Unternehmen online or DATEV Auftragswesen
- Structured thinker with an independent work style and the ability to maintain an overview of complex tasks
- Team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
