Field Application Engineer in Customer Support deploying Spatial Intelligence solutions in public places like airports. Leading installations and ensuring customer satisfaction while analyzing technical issues.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical contact for deploying our solutions in public spaces and smart infrastructures
Lead product installations and manage customer feedback, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Analyze and resolve technical issues, contributing to product improvement.
Ensure customer Satisfaction. Develop and deliver training materials that help customers get the most out of the company's products and services. Deliver onboarding training to new customers to help customers understand and adopt Outsight solutions.
Generate new sales opportunities: Identify the right stakeholders in the existing customer portfolio, provide insights on customer needs and upcoming projects to the sales team. Help close deals by answering customer questions and addressing any concerns, delivering demo of Outsight solutions and attending to pre-sales customer meetings when requested
Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development. Provide valuable input on product features, marketing campaigns, and customer support initiatives, and in particular document Feature Requests (tagged as sales or delivery blockers).
Requirements
Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, demonstrating a history of effective project management and customer engagement.
Clear communicator, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts.
Strong IT & network knowledge.
Fluent in English.
Proactive, detail-oriented, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel.
