Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of experience in application support or a similar technical role.
Hands-on experience managing user access to enterprise applications, ensuring accurate provisioning, role assignment, and compliance with security policies.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, ITIL.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
