Responsibilities
Manage, support and develop a team of Case Managers to ensure high performance and professional growth
Oversee documentation checks to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness
Monitor case flow, ensuring timely progression from initial packaging to lender submission and completion
Act as the contact point for complex cases, providing guidance and solutions
Maintain a high standard of client communication, ensuring transparency and proactive updates
Prioritise workload effectively to meet team performance targets and service level agreements
Work closely with Advisers, Underwriters, and Lenders to achieve smooth case processing and positive client outcomes
Requirements
Previous experience as a Second Charge Case Manager is essential
Experience mentoring or leading Case Managers or junior staff
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within the financial services sector
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
