Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, offsites, and board meetings
Track key projects, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure follow-through and accountability

Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports in advance of meetings and events

Maintain systems for document management, expenses, and approvals
Requirements
10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information
Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities and make sound judgements under pressure
Ability to drive execution in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a bias for action
Detail-oriented and hands-on approach
