Responsibilities
Support the organization of events, webinars and meetings in pre-event, during-event and post-event processes
Assist with managing mailing lists and collaborate with the team in promoting trainings to member companies
Support research on topics and market trends that directly impact businesses of different sizes and sectors
Conduct and oversee operational processes for the development and execution of events
Follow up on attendance confirmations from participants and/or speakers
Enter and/or update information related to activity participants and members
Enter event data into the system, keeping activity records and the database up to date
Attend events to monitor the smooth running of activities and the quality of presented content
Assist in proposing topics and speakers, developing event agendas and topics to be covered, and drafting invitation texts.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Public Relations, Business Administration, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising/Publicity, or related fields
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is desirable
Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office
Time-management skills and ability to multitask
Proactive, curious, and engaged, with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to work constructively and respectfully in a team to achieve shared goals
Able to resolve challenges in a simple and practical manner
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
