Partner with the acquisitions team to evaluate and close deals.
Travel to Tucson **twice a month** for in-person meetings and relationship building.
Requirements
2+ years of proven success in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Confident communicator with strong phone presence and closing skills.
Ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial, “make it happen” mindset.
Quick learner who can pick up real estate CRMs and sales tools with ease.
Organized, proactive, and flexible—comfortable working evenings/weekends when opportunity calls.
Willing to travel locally (bi-monthly Tucson trips required).
