Responsibilities
- Strategic consulting and hands-on implementation of email marketing strategies: from newsletters and lifecycle campaigns to complex automations
- Building and optimizing lead nurturing journeys, reactivation campaigns and SaaS-specific onboarding flows
- Supporting the development and testing of email templates
- Implementation and onboarding of email and marketing automation tools
- Conducting audits and deliverability checks and deriving concrete optimization measures
- Operational campaign management including list maintenance, segmentation, send planning, A/B testing and performance measurement
- Using AI tools and automations to increase efficiency and personalize campaigns
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation in a B2B or B2C environment
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot or Klaviyo, complemented by experience with other common tools such as Brevo, CleverReach, Rapidmail or Mailchimp
- Good understanding of CRM structures, customer journeys, segmentation and lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience in designing, executing and optimizing email campaigns (e.g. lead nurturing sequences, reactivation campaigns, SaaS onboarding flows)
- Initial experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n and/or willingness to learn these tools
- Very good German skills and confident communication in English.
