Responsibilities
Strategic consulting and hands-on implementation of email marketing strategies: from newsletters and lifecycle campaigns to complex automations
Building and optimizing lead nurturing journeys, reactivation campaigns and SaaS-specific onboarding flows
Supporting the development and testing of email templates
Implementation and onboarding of email and marketing automation tools
Conducting audits and deliverability checks and deriving concrete optimization measures
Operational campaign management including list maintenance, segmentation, send planning, A/B testing and performance measurement
Using AI tools and automations to increase efficiency and personalize campaigns
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation in a B2B or B2C environment
Strong knowledge of HubSpot or Klaviyo, complemented by experience with other common tools such as Brevo, CleverReach, Rapidmail or Mailchimp
Good understanding of CRM structures, customer journeys, segmentation and lifecycle marketing
Hands-on experience in designing, executing and optimizing email campaigns (e.g. lead nurturing sequences, reactivation campaigns, SaaS onboarding flows)
Initial experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n and/or willingness to learn these tools
Very good German skills and confident communication in English.
