About the role
- Program and Strategy Manager focused on delivering solutions for financial services. Coordinating with Stock Plan Leaders and driving critical SPS projects aligned with long-term strategic vision.
Responsibilities
- As part of the Product organization, responsible for delivering quality solutions by supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives
- Work in conjunction with Stock Plan Leaders at portfolio and program level to coordinate initiatives by providing oversight from initial assessment through solution launch
- Focused on supporting leadership by developing and driving critical SPS projects and deliverables aligned with organization’s long-term strategic vision
Requirements
- 5-7 years of related project management experience in financial services and/or strategy consulting
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Robust analytical thinking and a creative approach to tackling strategic business issues
- Ability to manage sophisticated projects across teams, and exercise influence and autonomy amidst shifting priorities and timelines
- Proficiency in verbal / written communication and comfort with presentation tools, including Microsoft Office suite, ThinkCell, Tableau or PowerBI
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly; to offer and accept feedback
- Knowledge of Fidelity could be meaningful for navigating organization and achieving goals
