Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise digital workplace strategy
- Drive innovation by implementing emerging technologies for user productivity
- Oversee lifecycle management of end-user devices and related software
- Lead deployment and optimization of collaboration platforms
- Establish key metrics to measure digital workplace performance and employee satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance technology experience
- Manage budgets for infrastructure and negotiate vendor contracts
- Lead and develop a high-performing technology team
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years of management experience
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience
- At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing EUC or digital workplace programs
- Proven experience implementing modern workplace platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
- Deep knowledge of end-user computing architectures and endpoint security
- Experience driving change management and technology adoption
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S.
