Responsibilities
Provide leadership and management for the Classified Networking organization.
Responsibilities include technical planning, long-term budget planning, technical debt management, solution catalog inputs, and support daily operations.
Develop and deploy talent and technical capabilities, while strengthening relationships with internal and external peers.
Manage and develop a team of seven leaders and 110 individual contributors and set technology direction based on engineering and program needs.
Seek and develop synergies between multiple groups: Classified Networking, Data Center operations, and High-Performance Computing.
Drive standards and proactively innovate solutions in response to evolving security requirements.
Participate in Enterprise councils to represent business requirements and influence priorities.
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years' experience
Experience Leading teams in professional technology environments.
Experience managing workforce planning and resource management.
Experience in project management.
Experience in financial management, either in financial portfolio or budget, including Annual Operations Planning.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
