- Responsibilities include technical planning, long-term budget planning, technical debt management, solution catalog inputs, and support daily operations.
- Develop and deploy talent and technical capabilities, while strengthening relationships with internal and external peers.
- Manage and develop a team of seven leaders and 110 individual contributors and set technology direction based on engineering and program needs.
- Seek and develop synergies between multiple groups: Classified Networking, Data Center operations, and High-Performance Computing.
- Drive standards and proactively innovate solutions in response to evolving security requirements.
- Participate in Enterprise councils to represent business requirements and influence priorities.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years' experience
- Experience Leading teams in professional technology environments.
- Experience managing workforce planning and resource management.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in financial management, either in financial portfolio or budget, including Annual Operations Planning.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
