Responsibilities

• Responsible for the oversight, development, maintenance, and governance of the Consumer Bank Procedure Program
• Ensure all procedural documentation is accurate, accessible, aligned with regulatory requirements, and supports the overall objectives of the bank
• Oversee two direct reports and collaborate cross functionally with stakeholders
• Manage all aspects of the procedure program
• Review all procedures submitted to ensure clarity and compliance with standards
• Lead implementation of procedure updates in response to system changes or audits
• Identify and work on procedural deficiencies with various departments
• Manage tracking of procedure submissions and reviews

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Advanced degree – Associates, Bachelors, Masters, etc. – preferred
• In depth knowledge of banking practices and regulations
• Successful supervision / management experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard banking programs
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Must have highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• Must have excellent organization, and analytical skills
• Must be able to demonstrate successful change and project management.
