Responsibilities
Responsible for the oversight, development, maintenance, and governance of the Consumer Bank Procedure Program
Ensure all procedural documentation is accurate, accessible, aligned with regulatory requirements, and supports the overall objectives of the bank
Oversee two direct reports and collaborate cross functionally with stakeholders
Manage all aspects of the procedure program
Review all procedures submitted to ensure clarity and compliance with standards
Lead implementation of procedure updates in response to system changes or audits
Identify and work on procedural deficiencies with various departments
Manage tracking of procedure submissions and reviews
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Advanced degree – Associates, Bachelors, Masters, etc. – preferred
In depth knowledge of banking practices and regulations
Successful supervision / management experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard banking programs
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Must have highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Must have excellent organization, and analytical skills
Must be able to demonstrate successful change and project management.
