Requirements
4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation in both B2B and B2C environments.
Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that result in measurable MQLs.
Deep understanding of lead generation strategies, lead scoring, and lead nurturing.
Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush) to gather insights, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, especially sales.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, WordPress, and social media ad platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Additional certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or related areas are a plus.
