About the role

  • Digital Marketing Specialist planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels for Coda, a global commerce growth engine. Collaborating with stakeholders to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • You will plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Search, Paid Social, and other digital channels to drive profitable user acquisition and revenue growth
  • You will manage day-to-day media buying activities across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads/Bing, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, while supporting testing on emerging or additional channels where relevant
  • You will support the development of detailed media plans, including budget allocation, channel strategy, audience approach, and forecast projections based on platform media estimations and business targets
  • You will monitor campaign delivery, pacing, efficiency, and return on investment, and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance
  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business goals into channel strategy, execution plans, and measurable performance outcomes
  • You will develop and execute campaign testing frameworks across creative, targeting, bidding, landing page experience, and messaging to improve performance over time
  • You will contribute to advertising creative planning by identifying testing opportunities, reviewing performance trends, and generating actionable insights on what drives better conversion outcomes
  • You will support CRM marketing initiatives across email, push notification, or lifecycle campaigns using tools such as Mailjet, CleverTap, or similar platforms when needed
  • You will analyse campaign and website performance using analytics platforms such as GA4 and other reporting tools to identify optimisation opportunities and communicate insights clearly
  • You will prepare regular performance reports, campaign reviews, and learning agendas for internal stakeholders, with clear commentary on results, risks, and next steps
  • You will stay current on the latest adtech, martech, platform changes, and industry trends, and proactively identify relevant opportunities for experimentation or process improvement
  • You will maintain a high level of execution accuracy and attention to detail across campaign setup, tracking, reporting, creative trafficking, and budget management in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, media buying, or digital advertising, preferably in consumer tech, eCommerce, agency, or other performance-driven environments
  • Strong hands-on experience in paid media campaign management, with priority expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, and working knowledge of TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads/Bing is strongly preferred; experience in programmatic media buying is a plus
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, bid strategy, audience targeting, tracking structure, attribution basics, and performance optimisation across major digital advertising platforms
  • Experience creating media plans, budget projections, and performance forecasts using platform planning tools, historical benchmarks, and expected ROI assumptions
  • Strong analytical capability and commercial understanding, with confidence in evaluating campaign efficiency, conversion performance, CAC, ROAS, and overall return on investment
  • Hands-on knowledge of GA4 is required; familiarity with Looker Studio or other dashboard/reporting tools is a plus
  • Exposure to CRM or lifecycle marketing tools such as Mailjet, CleverTap, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Experience working on advertising creative testing, performance analysis, and creative learning frameworks is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under a fast-paced working environment
  • Curiosity and willingness to keep up with the latest developments in adtech, martech, automation, and platform updates
  • Understanding of Agentic AI, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted workflows for performance marketing is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
