Responsibilities
- Develop and design brand-compliant decks and presentations using approved brand assets, business language, and guidelines.
- Compile and refine reports, transforming raw content into clear, persuasive, and well-structured business documents.
- Create and edit basic animations and short videos to enhance presentations and communications.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the team, attending calls, sharing proactive updates, and anticipating project needs.
- Take ownership of design and formatting deliverables, ensuring high-quality output while supporting the wider team.
- Support basic event administration, including managing attendee lists and drafting email communications.
- Stay abreast of design, technology, and communication trends, applying best practices in visual storytelling, data visualisation, and digital tools to keep presentations and reports modern, engaging, and effective.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Multimedia Design degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years’ experience designing and delivering brand-compliant B2B presentations, reports, and marketing materials, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency experience.
- Proven expertise in graphic design, data visualisation, motion graphics, and basic video/animation editing, with a strong foundation in creative concept development and execution.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/After Effects for basic video/animation).
- A solid understanding of business context and corporate objectives, allowing you to design with purpose and strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale.
- A self-starter who can take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively with the team while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.
