- Senior ServiceNow Architect leading multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects and driving technical solutions at EXL. Providing strategic leadership and mentoring for high-velocity project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams
- Implement and maintain program governance frameworks
- Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues
- Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for ServiceNow initiatives
- Translate business requirements into solutions with clear technical specifications
- Establish and enforce development standards across projects
- Lead and mentor development teams
- Conduct code reviews and architectural sign-offs
- Drive integration development with third-party systems
- Partner with senior business leaders to define the ServiceNow roadmap
- Engage with enterprise architects for alignment with IT strategies
- Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Identify and implement process automation and efficiency improvements
- Monitor platform performance and apply tuning measures
- Evaluate and integrate new ServiceNow features and AI/ML capabilities.
Requirements
- 14–17 years of IT experience
- 10+ years in enterprise platform delivery
- 8+ years on ServiceNow
- Strong architectural expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB)
- Hands-on expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), UI customization, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
- Experience in program governance, delivery risk management, and cross-team leadership
- Exposure to AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Process Optimization)
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
