Responsibilities

- Adviseer en assisteer organisaties bij het neerzetten en realiseren van hun datastrategie
- Veranker het data gedreven werken op meerdere niveaus in de organisatie
- Ontwikkelen, prioriteren en coördineren van organisatie brede datamanagement programma’s
- Adviseren over en ontwerpen van een datastrategie en bijbehorende data maturity roadmap
- Ontwikkelen en uitrollen van nieuwe organisatiestructuren, werkwijzen of processen die betrekking hebben op het verbeteren van data governance, metadata en datakwaliteit
- Ontwikkelen en uitrollen van veranderprogramma’s, waarin coaching, training en het inspireren van de organisatie essentieel zijn
Requirements
- In het bezit van een hbo- of wo-diploma, aangevuld met minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als consultant of analist
- Een sterk analytisch vermogen is onmisbaar.
- Je bezit uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden die tot hun recht komen in een complexe werkomgeving
- Kennis van Data Management Frameworks en Data Maturity methodieken
- Ervaring of affiniteit met data management vraagstukken, zoals Data Governance implementaties en Data Quality management
- Kennis en ervaring m.b.t. implementatie van data management tooling (Metadata, Data Quality tooling en dashboarding)
