About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, enhance and maintain customers' IT infrastructure in hybrid environments
- Implement and manage cloud and security solutions

- Administer and set up server systems in the Microsoft environment
- Further develop existing cloud services (Microsoft/Office 365, Azure)

- Ensure a professional 1st and 2nd level support service desk
- Detect and resolve technical faults and configure IT security components
- Prepare meaningful reports and produce technical manuals and user instructions
Requirements
- Completed training in Cyber Security or IT/Computer Science
- Several years of professional experience in cybersecurity as well as in system engineering, network security and cloud (security)
- Deep understanding of networking technologies and extensive expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Server)
- Knowledge in cybersecurity (including two- or multi-factor authentication) and NAS technology
- Experience with Teams telephony and monitoring tools (such as Syslog, PRTG) as well as with Hyper-V virtualization
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, combined with enthusiasm for direct customer contact
- Driving license category B
- German C1 / English C1
