About the role
- Cybersecurity Project Manager leading federal cybersecurity projects and overseeing program management, business development, and product oversight for EnDyna. Responsible for compliance and strategic growth in cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects for federal agencies.
- Manage scope, resources, schedules, and risk for projects.
- Ensure projects meet NIST/FISMA/FedRAMP/CMMC compliance and quality standards
- Define and execute the cybersecurity growth strategy for the federal sector
- Build trusted relationships with agency stakeholders, primes, and technology partners
- Identify and capture new business opportunities; develop proposals and bids
- Represent the firm at industry events and federal cybersecurity forums
- Lead development of cybersecurity software products (including ML/AI-based solutions)
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align with customer needs
- Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies to shape innovation and market positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity; (Master’s preferred)
- CISM required; CISSP preferred
- Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance strongly preferred
- 10+ years in cybersecurity, including 5+ years leading complex federal programs or teams
- Expertise in federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, CMMC)
- Experience managing or delivering solutions across risk management, incident response, IAM, cloud security, or data protection
- Demonstrated success in business development or capture management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
