Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inbound calls
Handle a high volume of phone calls from customers
Perform pre-underwriting screening
Verify coverage, evaluate submitted bills, and authorize payments

Resolve customer inquiries and maintain customer relations
Complete administrative tasks and input customer information into databases for documentation
Requirements
High School Diploma
Good human relations skills to deal effectively with customer issues in a professional manner
Knowledge of how to use a computer, keyboard skills, and familiarity with software applications such as Excel and Word
Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements
Basic critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
Previous Call Center experience is preferred
Bilingual (English-Spanish) a plus
