Responsibilities
You take overall responsibility for customer documentation and ensure completeness and on-time delivery.
You coordinate internal operating manuals and external supplier documents into a unified, comprehensive documentation package.
You proactively request missing documents and ensure project closings and invoicing are not delayed.
You establish a clear customer documentation process and work closely with all relevant departments.
You use XML-based authoring systems and standardization and modularization approaches to efficiently create and maintain documentation.
With your expertise in risk assessment, CE certification, ATEX, pressure equipment and supplier documentation, you ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements
You have completed training, further education or a degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Technical Documentation, Technical Authoring, or you hold a technician qualification.
You have relevant professional experience in documenting process engineering plants/systems.
You have knowledge of XML-based authoring systems as well as standardization and modularization approaches in technical documentation.
Ideally, you have experience in risk assessments, pressure equipment, ATEX, material test certificates, supplier documentation and CE certifications.
You handle customer and compliance documentation with confidence.
You are a team-oriented individual with an independent, meticulous and committed working style.
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
