Support a moderate scale of customer service activities for a single site team
Contribute to optimizing and monitoring shipping, including processing complex orders from customers
Resolving order issues, as well as administrating government bids and contracts
Maintain systems and relationships that meet customer demand forecast
Inform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances
Execute customer service strategies
Provide support to improvement projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience working with contracts such as government, legal etc.
Experience in SAP
Experience in Salesforce
Experience with MS Suite and Adobe
Open to potential travel up to 10%
